Post-lockdown anxiety: How should I be feeling?
The first lockdown – It was warm, I was at home, I was feeling pretty positive. I felt quite lucky actually, for all of the time I had to take care of my physical and mental health. Moving out of lockdown was harder than I thought it would be and now I feel panic and worry going back to my life before. The only way I have coped is making sure to look after myself, talk to my friends and use lots of wellness tools and strategies that I know work for me! I think I can make the transition successfully back to my life before! What do you need to do to cope?
