Make sure to have a clear sleep routine written down that includes strategies like calming pillow sprays, hot drink, relaxing bath, scented candles, reading your favourite book, doing mindfulness colouring, settling down into fresh bedding , writing down your thoughts in a journal before you go to sleep and if you wake during the night, listening to relaxing music or using a sleep app like CALM.
